1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Coco Star Exports website and any quotation, order or transaction arranged with us for coco peat, coir fiber, coconut husk chips or related growing media products. By using this website or submitting an inquiry, you agree to these terms.
2. Quotations
Any pricing, specification or availability shared in response to a quote request is an estimate based on the information provided and is subject to confirmation. Quotations do not constitute a binding offer until confirmed in writing by our export team and accepted by the buyer.
3. Product Specification
Product descriptions on this website (including format, grade, particle profile and application) are provided for general guidance. Exact specifications — including moisture, pH, EC, expansion ratio and packing — are confirmed per order and shared directly with the buyer prior to shipment.
4. Ordering & Payment
Minimum order quantities, payment terms and accepted payment methods are agreed on a per-order basis and confirmed in the sales contract or proforma invoice issued for that order. Orders are considered confirmed only once payment terms have been agreed and, where applicable, any required deposit has been received.
5. Shipping & Incoterms
Shipping terms (such as FOB or CIF) are agreed with the buyer prior to order confirmation. Estimated shipping and transit times shared on this website or in correspondence are indicative and may vary due to carrier schedules, customs processing or circumstances outside our control.
6. Export Documentation
We prepare standard export documentation (commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin, phytosanitary certificate and fumigation certificate) for each shipment. Buyers are responsible for confirming import requirements applicable in their destination country and for any customs clearance or import duties at destination.
7. Limitation of Liability
While we take care to ensure product quality and accurate documentation, Coco Star Exports shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from shipping delays, customs actions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Our liability in connection with any order is limited to the value of that order.

9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to our place of business in India, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer or trade protections applicable in the buyer's own jurisdiction.
